E-Distribuție Banat is a grid operator in Arad, Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara and Timiș counties.
E-Distribuție Dobrogea is a grid operator in Călărași, Constanța, Ialomița and Tulcea counties.
E-Distribuție Muntenia is the grid operator in Bucharest, Giurgiu and Ilfov.
Our services are:
-connection to the grid, i.e. the connection of the electricity distribution customers
-distribution of electricity to customers connected to the grid, depending on certain characteristics (e.g., power and voltage);
-measurement, which relates to the installation and maintenance of meters, the monitoring and reporting of electrical measurements.
We have approximately two million nine hundred customers – the number of PODs, i.e., places of consumption or production connected to our grid – which may be households, business customers, developers, producers. Such a large number of customers triggers extensive responsibility. We make sure we provide them with high quality services. How do we do that? Through the integrated management system we have adopted internally, which helps us reach high performance and certify it – we hold certifications of the quality management, environment management, occupational health and safety and energy management. Moreover, we yearly monitor customer.
